Standard orders are processed, inspected, and packaged within 2–3 business days. Bespoke or limited-edition items may require extended processing, communicated at the time of purchase.

For domestic orders within India, standard shipping takes 3–5 business days following dispatch, via premium logistics partners.
Complimentary Shipping
XAVIA offers free shipping on all domestic orders exceeding INR 25,000, calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Express Shipping
A White-Glove Express Shipping option is available for immediate delivery, using overnight/next-day logistics where feasible. Additional charges apply at checkout.
International Shipping
XAVIA ships globally. International timelines range from 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed Orders
Unforeseen events (weather, logistics disruptions) may occasionally delay delivery. Our concierge team will monitor and update you continuously until delivery.
Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS with real-time visibility into your order's journey.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our concierge immediately. If accepted, document damage photographically before opening.
Lost Packages
In the rare event a package is declared lost, XAVIA takes full responsibility — we'll dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund per your preference.
